Meet Reverend Holly and Farmer Tim Koster who took time to plant trees on the Plum Island Sanctuary in Utica Il where students from Streator High School FFA assisted IL Audubon and friends of Plum Island as we keep the treasure clean and growing for years to come Followed by, of course, farm fresh carrots, mandarins and the sweetest Valencia oranges from San Gabriel Ranch, one of over 100 producers contributing to supplying our region with amazing eats! Over 100 Illinois farming families collaborate together to offer businesses like us a one-stop shop for sourcing local food grown on regenerative farms free of chemicals and originating from non-GMO seed. By connecting with Down at the Farms, our Owner-Members choose from a list of over 600 seasonal items ranging from grass fed meat and dairy to pickled anything and freeze dried everything.
